Exchange/ Return Policy
Zaan Pharma is committed to supply fresh stock at the time of delivery.
- Products in original & un-tampered condition can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- This policy does not apply to products purchased on “Special Offer” and on fridge items.
- Opened items will not be exchanged or returned.
- Original receipt will be required for the returned item(s).
- In case of return via courier, the customer will bear the return courier charges.
Return / Exchange Process
- Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 3 days of receiving the product by writing to zaanpharma.pk@gmail.com with the following format of the subject of email: "Invoice Number - RETURN".
- The product photo may also be attached to your email showing that the product is not tampered.
- Ship the product to our warehouse (Plot # 321, G-III, Main Boulevard, Johar Town, Lahore)
- Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
- We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order if approved.
Return Payment
- In case the product is shipped back to our address via courier and your return is approved, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at zaanpharma.pk@gmail.com)
