I have been using Valari, calcap and Calspan for 3 months and i am more than satisfied with the results of these products. Calcap has a unique formulation that ive never seen before. I feel less tired and more active. Calspan is also very effective and has improved my Ca levels. Suffering from insomnia, i have tried several brands but none of them has worked for me . Valari has improved my sleeping pattern and regulated my sleep. Very satisfied with all products

Being a medical assistant, my working hours are very unpredictable and due to this reason, i suffer from sleep irregularity.
